The property has a special rate since the private pool is out of order and is currently not available. A security deposit of 500 USD will be required, and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. A crib can be provided upon request, depending on availability, with an additional charge of 9 USD per night. For stays of 7 or more nights, there is an electricity allowance of 1000MXN for your entire stay, the price per kWh being 8MXN. If this allowance is surpassed, a price of 8MXN per kWh will apply. The electricity meters will be checked right before your check in and right after your check out to calculate your consumption and, if any amounts are to be paid, we will request them through the resolution center or charge them to the card used to pay for the reservation, depending on the booking channel. There is free parking however it is subject to availability and in high season it will most likely not be available.
