As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival, for the arrival detail to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo.
Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter.
Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00.
No Parties or ‘Quiet Gatherings’ are allowed.
Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay.
On arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the above point.
Upon arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
