The room was clean, well located, the host super nice!

This was a lovely thatched cottage (we were on the second floor) right on the beach. Relatively easy walk into town but the owners kindly picked us up when we arrived and drove us back upon leaving. You can only access the island via small boat. Very relaxing but not much to do unless you surf.

I like that it was a bit outside of the town but still an easy walk. right on the water so perfect view and no mosquitos. the staff left you alone but if you need help they are there.

Five stars all around. Friendly and hard-working family managing the property. Easy to get to and in a quiet part of the beach, but with easy access to everything. Oceanfront property that is 10 times more authentic than 700 dollar a night hotels in Tulum at the 10th of the price. Will be back.

One of the best properties around - further down the beach the rooms were very very basic. Shame they didn’t do any food or drink. Electricity went off sometimes but Wi-Fi was fine when it worked. Drinking water provided. This is a really remote area and the beach is beautiful, we didn’t really see the owners around so had to find out about boat trips etc by ourselves.

The studio was stunning, right on the beach. It was very clean and tidy, there was a fan which was well received as it was very hot. Loved the hammock, spent lazy afternoons lying in the hammock reading. The hosts, Monce and Diego were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the boat in the truck which was great as we had a lot of luggage. A lovely 6 minute stroll down the beach to the restaurants. Very relaxing.
