Casa Mexicana is located in the heart of Cozumel's downtown area, and close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The oceanfront setting provides great views of boats coming and going in the port area. The rooms are clean, and the facility is well maintained. Case Mexicana has a group of very friendly and well trained staff. The complimentary breakfast buffet is outstanding, and a great way to start the day. Thanks, Casa Mexicana!

Excellent location. 5 min walk from the ferry and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast and good selection. We were greeted at check in with a drinks and towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was AWESOME!!!! The STAFF are amazing people who will go out of there way for you, they are so hard working and helpful. The location is near perfect with local restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have been here 2 times and we already booked 7 days next year.

the highlight of the hotel is its location, walking distance from ferry, with taxi stop in front and all restaurants / bars that were recommended to me were walking distance too. the staff was very nice and the rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the building has great potential if changed a bit the facade - increasing the views from the outdoor area for example and opening up the central courtyard. but overall it’s very nice , especially the central space

The hotel was ideally situated on the main road, with a nice view of the sea and any cruise ships docked for the day. It was above a 7 Eleven so nice and convenient. The pool was very small and there were just a few sun loungers but it had a very relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and basic. The breakfast was buffet style. The hotel did not provide bottled water so bare in mind for breakfasts.

Our first stay at this lovely hotel though we had enjoyed their amazing breakfast on a prior visit. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned thoroughly and towels changed daily even when we were happy to reuse. All the staff were wonderful, particularly Vincente and Cinthia and couldn't do enough for us, a very personal touch. The pool veranda is small and welcoming with an excellent bar and sea view. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and omelette and waffle station cooked to order. The only minor improvements that would make it perfect is a small coffee machine or kettle in the room so we could make a hot drink. Otherwise the room is well equipped with safe, hairdryer, iron and fridge. A wonderful hotel and reasonably priced for the facilities and standard of service on offer. We were sad to leave! We will definitely want to stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived as somehow the pictures didn’t impress me, but i found it to be much more quaint and cute in person. The breakfast was amazing, you could get omelette, huevos rancheros, pancakes, waffles, etc, probably one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. The ocean view and privacy of the balcony was so nice. Even though the water wasn’t really a swimmable beach, it was still a gorgeous view. It was also really nice to enjoy the pool with ocean views. The hotel is an easy 10ish min walk from the ferry and within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, plaza and scooter/buggy rentals.
