The location was really good. It's a walking distance to most restaurants and other beach clubs. The ambiance and facilities were really good and felt authentic. The room was large enough, and there was always hot water. Service wise, we loved interacting with Josh and Coco. They were phenomenal! The view from the rooftop was amazing.

AustriaWe had a minor issue with our room reservation (we didn't exactly get the one I reserved) and was disappointed at first, but the staff went above and beyond to compensate — they gave me a refund, plus a surprise dinner with drinks and made sure our stay was great (special shout out to Antonio, thank you). The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool, by the beach, great location close to restaurants but not too close to the busiest area. I would definitely come back. Nice breakfast, great staff and food by the beach and rooftop.

United States of AmericaFirst time in Tulum and Hotel Panamera made our trip! We wanted to fully relax and this is the perfect place. The pool/beach are amazing with the best music playing all day. Had breakfast/lunch at the hotel daily and all the food and drinks were 10/10. The a/c in the room gets so cold I slept great every night. Staff is wonderful as well! We can't wait to come back and have decided we need to make it an annual trip!
