Set in the town of Tulum about 15 minutes’ drive from the Mayan Ruins and the Archaeological Site, Designer Loft 1 is an air conditioned accommodations with free WiFi. The rustic-style accommodations is bright and comes equipped with kitchenware, ceiling fans, and a full bathroom with shower. Designer Loft 1 has floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a terrace, so guests will be able to enjoy the views of the surrounding garden and the jungle. Spend your vacation living like a local. The three-loft complex is located in La Veleta, the preferred local's area with trendy shops and plenty of dining options. Enjoy a chill-Mexican atmosphere just 1.5kms away from Tulum downtown & 6 Kms from the beach. If you are looking to get away from the beaten path this is the place. The loft has 1 queen size bed, 1 single couch (sleeps 3 adults), 1 bathroom, complete kitchen and private pool. We can help our Guests in every way to make their trip fabulous, giving them ideas for things to do and places to go. Always be considerate of the neighbors. No Loud Parties & STRICTLY NO smoking inside the rooms. As a general rule, leave the place as you found it. Have Fun!

Upon arrival to Tulum (Cancun to Chetumal direction) cross the town continuing along Av Tulum (Cancun- Chetumal highway continuation). Turn left where the median strip ends (you will see restaurant Los Aguachiles on the left corner) and continue for 300mts approx to turn right on the first paved street then turn right again on the second street and you will find CH’UHUK Lofts in the middle of the street on your left hand side.
