Located in Old Town Puerto Vallarta and at the heart of the Romantic Zone, only a block away from Los Muertos beach and musical chairs, no hills to climb, infinity pool, jacuzzi, bar, gym open until 10 pm, two elevators in the building, free wifi and walking distance to the Malecon and the world famous Pier. Washer and dryer inside Amenities: - Spacious infinity pool with great ocean view and two heated Jacuzzis - Gym - Relaxation areas & lounge on roof top - Counter current machine for endless swimming -Bar -Fire Pit - Quiet Street, located on a level street with no inclines. Building Features: - Elevator - Security guard with TV cameras and controlled access - Free WIFI (Lobby/Courtyard) - Entry Intercom. The Internal Waterfall and Green Wall from Roof Top to lowest level, alludes to a natural creek and jungle at the back of the building which makes this site a perfect escape from the city life while still being close to the action. Greetings folks! Hola Amigos! My name is Sergio Alonso and when I am on travel I like to host guests in my cozy residence. I was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta so I am always eager to show my town and the amazing options there are to explore around. I am currently on an assignment in Florida and while I enjoy being close to the Caribbean sea I believe there is no place like Puerto Vallarta, specially its sunsets! This Residence is all for yourself and you have access to all the building amenities. The pool, Gym and Jacuzzi are open until 10 pm which is enforced!! Also I am the sole owner and the only one managing it. This is very important as many other places are managed by rental companies which do not provide individualized service, tend to cancel or bait and switch. Jose Luis is my local go-to person when I am out of town so he will be checking you in and providing all the help you need but you can always message me for questions or doubts. Check in is done via an automated code that will be provided 24 hrs within check in date, just proceed to the security guard entrance and sign in and mention apartment 305. D'terrace residences are just a block away from La PALAPA and El Dorado Restaurant and the famous beach pier which is a must see for all visitors. Moreover, just a few steps away you will find a mini super market to get all your supplies taken care of! Finally if you want a nice meal and beach tanning, just walk down to find all sorts of restaurants and beach lounges by Los Muertos beach.
