Loved this small hotel! Clean facilities, great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We hope to visit again soon!
United States of AmericaEscobay was fine. Booking.com was NOT. THEY DID NOT APPROVE their VCC payment to the hotel. I lost a day calling Booking, as my family waited in the car in 100° weather. Booking called the hotel knowing they were Spanish speaking. The hotel called Booking and they told them that the VCC, Virtual credit card payment would go thru at midnight the next day. This was BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS. I SPENT MORE MONEY RATHER THAN SAVING MONEY FROM ALL THE INTERNATIONAL CALLS I HAD TO MAKE TO TRY TO FIX A PROBLEM I DID NOT CREATE. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN BOOKING. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM.
