Three staff is really good. People says the Doctores location is dangerous, but this is not true. I love it, and i love people there.

I did not interact much with them, but they were always willing and friendly when answering questions or requests. I traveled with a large group of friends and they had a big enough parking lot. I recommend the hotel based on the cost-benefit ratio.
