Ensueño is a beautiful place, Clean surrounded in nature, it is secluded from the busiest areas, but has restaurants and a small store just a few steps from the Hotel, We had dinner every night.My Daughters and i did not want to leave, So beautiful and front desk is allways helpful. This is a wonderful place, We already miss being there.

The very best staff I have ever experienced! Marta is a true gem, thank you for everything you do! Gabby is also amazing while providing us with so many suggestions and a few laughs. The property is immaculately taken care of and you can easily find solitude in the many outdoor lounge areas along with your own hammock outside your door. The area is quiet, there is a small market just a few steps from the hotel and the beach is just a few more from there. Walk to the main part of town in about 20 minutes, or rent bikes nearby. Don’t miss the view and bird watching from the rooftop pool!

absolutely beautiful place with wonderful staff. beautiful room. multiple upper level viewing areas with seating and one with a pool. had a larger pool at ground level. very close to the beach with beach club access and relatively easy walk to playa punta cocos. really good restaurant next door.

The front desk manager Emilio was EXCEPTIONAL and although we were very happy withthe hotel, Emilio made the stay exceptional. His impeccable service and attention was higher than many places we have stayed not only in Mexico, but anywhere. Holbox has a lot of challenges with muddy roadways, intermittent power and water - which create really difficult circumstances for the staff who work on the island. We had room #13 and it was quite special with its own access, nice views and privacy. The location was fanastic and it was a delightful 15 min walk into the main town - but far enough away to be quiet. I highly recommend the property and all of the staff are working hard for guest comfort.
