United States of AmericaIt was beyond what I was hoping for in all of the best ways. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Property is close to everything. Very clean and nice. Rooftop pool nice as well. Very relaxing. When I left I had to catch an early flight out of Mexico City and they arranged an early cab and woke me up, had coffee to go ready for me. A phenomenal experience and I plan on returning with my family ❤️

United States of AmericaVery exclusive! Only 7 suites! Loved everything about it! Front desk was very nice and accommodating with early and late check-in and checkout. Our upgraded suite had sunken jacuzzi in the large bathroom, high ceilings, comfortable king bed, sitting area, good A/C and very spacious. The delicious gourmet breakfast was well organized, placing orders the evening before. Location was perfect! We’d love to go back!!

They brought us nieve de guanabana (soursop sorbet) when we checked in! We didn’t check out the pool, but the breakfast was delicious. Also, the location was perfect for our one day stay to explore Cholula.
