Nous pensons à une taxe de séjour ou autre et on nous présente une facture de 4314.62 € à régler. Il y avait 9 personnes à l'accueil et personne ne parlait français. Au bout d'un moment on comprend qu'il s'agissait de la facture. Nous nous pensions avoir été débité directement la veille par booking. Gros malentendus et réaction très moyenne des gens de l'accueil
