United States of AmericaHonestly, I love this hotel and will probably stay here every time I come to Mexico City. It is absolutely beautiful and takes you back to another time and place but without feeling fake. The classical music that plays softly throughout the hotel is a nice touch as well. Room service is wonderful, as is the restaurant on site. The staff are professionally friendly. There is extremely fast (100MB+ up and down) open wifi throughout the entire hotel. There is a "shop" attached to the hotel that has literally everything you could possibly need - from fine chocolates, alcohol, gifts, books, and a complete pharmacy. The alcohol sold there was priced as cheap or cheaper than the duty free at the airport. Finally, the hotel is located in the Zona Rosa and the area is as safe as can be - it was nice being able to roam the streets after sundown without looking over one's shoulder.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.
