Unfortunately the sargassum/wind made the beach virtually unusable when we were there. Unfortunate, but certainly not a reflection on the resort or staff who were constantly trying to get “Mother Nature” under control! However the pools are wonderful, with a nice variety of kids, quiet, party and adults only. Lots of lounging chairs and access to bars, snack bars and restaurants. The property is extremely well maintained and staff very friendly and efficient. Hats off to the customer service staff (Katia in particular) for wonderful support and assistance well dealing with some “challenging” family issues!

ColombiaOcean Coral & Turquesa surpassed our expectation. It has an amazing, cleaning, white sand beach; the pools were big enough to enjoy with my family without being "disturbed" by other guests. The food are amazing. Be prepared to eat LOTS OF GREAT FOOD, served by an amazing, and always very polite, staff. I booked a room for myself, my wife and my soon; they gave us a room with two full beds and one sofa bed. The bedroom was nice and spacious, and cleaned every day. Great place to stay.

Great facilities and entertainment program. Meals are very good quality in all specialty restaurant, and still good quality in the more "mass production" buffet restaurant. First all-inclusive experience for our kids; they didn't want to leave. Can't wait to be back again.
