Great staff, they had good drinks, food was great, water was from the bottle, no issues whatsoever.

CanadaThe staff were amazing.. food amazing. I’m Vegan and found actual Vegan food options.. The rooms were impeccable.. every detail a 5 Star.. except for the couch bed. It dipped in the center and a very poor mattress is used. Was impossible to sleep on and doesn’t meet the expectations for a hotel of this magnitude.

GermanyEverything was exceptionally clean and modern. The service was overall excellent, and the food delicious. The amenities and facilities were beautiful. It was not very busy, so we felt safe and able to be socially distant. It was a wonderful value for the price, and we will go again!
