Located in a completely new complex with access to the Vista Norte shopping center in Mexico City. 24 hour security. One block away from Av. Insurgentes Norte, 1.5 km/ 0.9 miles from the Basilica of Guadalupe ,14 km/8 miles away from the AICM, 35.7 km/22 miles away from AIFA. This apartment Includes: Gym, 2 Parking Spaces, Swimming Pool, Playground for the children, and a home office space. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom Includes: an king size bed, private bathroom inside the room. drawers to store your belongings, celling fan, and a clothing rack. Bedroom 1 includes: two single beds, a desk and work chair, clothes rack, and a celling fan. Bedroom 2 Includes: Double Bed, large closet to store your belongings, Flat-screen TV, Safety deposit box, and a celling fan. In each of the bathrooms, we have towels, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with accessories like Blender, Coffee Maker, Pans, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Chopping boards, Sugar, and Oil. The laundry area is also located inside the apartment and we have a wash-dryer.
24/7 security around the complex Includes access to the Vista Norte shopping center below the apartment. The shopping center has three restaurants, arcade, and a Cinépolis movie theater.
