This was my third stay. The folks at the front desk are very good. The breakfast crew needs some improvement. The cooks need some improvement. They only speak Spanish. So, every morning is a challenge. It can wear one down during an extended stay. The bartenders at the pool bar tend to enter into conversations leading to ignoring the needs of their customers. However, they perk up when there are young ladies they find attractive.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was great and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and to the beach. Don't let the busy street fool you, because when you enter the hotel, it is a small paradise removed from the busy street outside. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice and helpful people work here. I like the location. Even though it is on the main highway in town, it still is quiet. I had a room towards the rear of the property twice. I prefer these and don't mind walking the stairs since there is no elevator.

The room at the hotel was very nice with a great bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and everyday the towels were folded in animal shapes - sometimes it is the little thoughts that make a difference.

It’s a great hotel, breakfast is good, location is awesome, the staff was fine too - the reception called a taxi for us which charged few times more than it should though (just be aware)
