He was exceptional from the first phone call when he researched a clinic for me before my check-in to arranging for my ride to the frontera upon my check-out. He did all of this with aplomb, courtesy and graciousness. If he was trained, he was trained well, if he was not formally trained by the industry, then you have his mother to thank. Luis gets my vote as the Outstanding Star of the Holiday Inn Express, Tapachula
