Wonderful city well worth a visit.
Wonderful city well worth a visit. A long stay here would be perfect. Handy to visit the nearby ruins at Chichén Itzá and close enough to the airport without staying there, With a car an ideal pace to explore towns, villages, cenotes and ruins nearby. Beaches are not far away. All around delightful city with friendly and helpful people. Felt completely secure here. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful, old Mexican town that's hip — Spanish speaking, not touristy. Cenote Zaci is near the large Central Park with a beautiful Cathedral. There are a variety of good restaurants and places to stay, a great light show at an old convent. It's close to Chichen Itza, more area cenotes, day trips, and tours. People are friendly and helpful.

Nice middle sized town where everything is still in walking distance, only the central place is overcrowded with tourists otherwise it is a tourist friendly town with enough restaurants, perfect location to visit the surroundings (including Chichen Itza).

I like the smaller size of the city. Very walkable.
I like the smaller size of the city. Very walkable. Lots of restaurant options.
The sidewalks on the non-major streets are very narrow, uneven, broken, difficult to walk on so sometimes I had to walk on the street and watch out for cars.

The breakfast was delicious!
Great place to stay before or after visiting Chichen Itza.
Very close, there are numerous cenotes.
The pools were very nicely decorated and it was a real pleasure chilling by the pool with a drink after a long day of visiting.
The place is nearby the center of Valladolid
This hotel is gorgeous, there is so much character and the art work is beautiful, the staff are amazing! Lots of hammocks and places to chill by the pool. The location is great, right in the centre of Valladolid which is a lovely town. The included breakfast was also delicious. Free parking off the street. We loved staying in Valladolid for a few nights as it was a great base for all the nearby ruins and cenotes. We hope we can come back soon!
This is a fabulous hotel. It feels like an upscale boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is beautifully furnished and has both AC and a fan. The pool is inviting and clean and had lots of greenery and French style cafe tables and chairs as well as chairs for lounging around it. Very tasteful! There was even a great restaurant within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend it very highly.
The room was very spacious and clean.
There is a nice common space. Most of the times there was someone sitting there in the early evening, which was nice to connect with other people staying at the hotel.
There's a small pool which is a big bonus. And a small kitchen that can be used too.
Staff was helpful and the hotel is well located near the center of Valladolid.
The people were really nice and warm. I felt like home. Dont look for hotel experience, you will get a real mexican feeling instead. Nice and private backyard. City centre was 1,2 km away, but it felt safe all the time. Should i ever get back to Valladolid, i will definitely be back there.
For a first timer in Valladolid, we chose this hotel for its ambience, aesthetics, space and location! customer service was mucho perfecto! breakfast included was limited but delicious!! i highly recommend everyone to have a meal at the hotel restaurant food is super good!!
Highly recommend this spot. Wasn’t easy to find at first because front signage is quite muted. But it’s a legit boutique hotel. Front desk and everything. Even has real hot water which not all places in Mx do. Super nice ppl.
Stay here.!
Such a cute, unique boutique hotel! Fully recommendable. Attentive service, very friendly and helpful staff providing tips for where to go, fantastic pool including its own little grotto, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast.
Lovely small hotel, nice and helpful staff, good mexican breakfast, clean room, very nice garden inside to have a cup of tea, good wifi, just 100 mt from main square and catedral of Valladolid. Easy free parking near the hotel
Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.
It's a short walk to the main square and there are nice restaurants within walking distance too. We were allowed to park at the nearby La Aurora Hotel Colonial and also to use that hotel's pool and hot tub.
Hotel a bit overpriced in my opinion, but l booked it at the last moment, having decided to visit Valladolid only that morning. Taking that into consideration, one ought not cavil.
Comfortable and clean hotel, very convenient for a short stay in Valladolid. Very spacious rooms, perfect for family with kids. Nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast.
Centrally located in the middle of downtown historical Valladolid. The hotel was beautifully renovated and our room had an amazing view of the Templo de San Servacio.
