Breakfast was very good for being a continental breakfast: yogurt, bread, cereal, good coffee, milk, butter, strawberry jam, bananas, and other fruit. The place feels very safe for everybody; For example, occasionally there were single females in the large mixed room and, to the best of my knowledge, no-one messed with them. There is a common kitchen so one can cook meals there.

It's a spacious place with lots of amenities and within walking distance of the center. Not many places have parking available but there's a large, secure area to leave your car here. It's quiet at night.

I liked very much the laid back atmosphere at the hostel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day. I warmly recommend to stay there for a few days. Walking distance to city center made it perfect, safe even during the night.

Lovely parks within walking distance the property is beautiful there's a swimming pool free Wi-Fi and excellent continental breakfast large clean dormitories in sweet bathrooms good private rooms with shared and private bathrooms.. very smart kind helpful staff the housekeeping and breakfast stuff is one of the best in Merida shout out to the lady there who takes care of that this one highly recommended. Really liked the familiar atmosphere and the pool area where u can chill with other backpackers and talk about your travel routes. Location is good when you arrive via ADO Bus, from the ADO Station to the hostel takes 5-10 min walking. If you wanna go to the main plaza from Merida you will need to walk a bit. But it's a good way to see the colorful houses and busy market streets nearby.
