The location is great, you can go to do kayak for free and it is an excellent spot to do it. The entrance to the Laguna is great!! you can walk or swim, it is not deep. The bungalow was tropical beautiful and the view it was incredible. The breakfast is included and it is delicious. It has a Mexican cuisine restaurant for dinner, it is excellent, we tried the Cochinita pibil and the Ternera with cacao sauce, they were delicious.

The property is just amazing!!! So quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and the place is maintained so well, the waterin the shower is super hot and the stream is great (which is not common is Mexico). The AC is freezing! The breakfast is very rich, and I loved there is a buffet where you can take cereals, coffee, bread, juice and more. You can also fill your water bottle whenever you want for free. The staff are very nice, helping with everything (taxis, problems with the wifi and etc.). I loved that you can use the Sup boards and Kayaks for free. Also the pool next to the lagoon is a bit warm and clean! The view is ON SPOT! The facilities are wonderful right on the lagoon. So chilling!! Could stay there forever (just kidding, I need more money 😋)

This hotel is is perfectly located directly on one of the nicest parts of the lake, only a 5 minute drive into the main town. The room was extremely, nice, clean and had strong Air Con. The hotel offered an extensive breakfast menu + a buffet included with the price of the room and also had free kayaks and stand up paddle boards to use. The private boat tour offered by the hotel was excellent as well.
