We think of every detail to meet the needs of all types of travelers. Whether you come on vacation and/or work, our apartment is for you. This apartment is located in Ipana Condos, where you will find a gym, business center, rooftop terraces with pools and more.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the downtown area of Playa del Carmen, our place is ideal if you are looking to stay in the heart of the city and stay close to the popular 5th Av. and the beautiful beach. 3 min walk from the famous 5th Av. (restaurants, cafes, bars and shops) 8 min walk to the beautiful beach. 8 min walk from OXXO mini supermarket. 12 min walk from Playa Mamitas. 15 min walk from Soriana Supermarket. 25 min walk from ADO bus station. Due to the incredible location of our place you can get to know all the surroundings by walking. If you want to know the surroundings of the Riviera Maya, you can move in "colectivos" or by ADO bus. These two transports take you to practically anywhere in the area. If you are 4 people or more, we suggest you rent a car since it is more comfortable and it will be cheaper.
