Cleanliness, Room well equipped, Brand new furnitures
FranceThis hostel was really good and the people working there really nice ! The breakfast on the rooftop was simple but delicious. The dorm for 10 was more than okay even if the beds are really closed. It’s a quiet and good located hostel that I highly recommend ! Akumal is one of the best place for snorkeling. We saw turtles and stingray.

United KingdomAmazing hostal in the pueblo of Akumal. The best thing is the pool on the rooftop and the delicious breakfast. Rooms have big lockers, enough space and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are always clean. About 15min walk to the beach make it a great place to stay. Some small restaurants and cafes are close by. Friendly staff and they have a diving school included which makes it easy to organize dives.

SwitzerlandThe room was clean and air conditioning as well as wifi worked well. Really nice roof top terrace. Breakfast is small but it was ok to start the day with fresh fruits and toast. The staff was very nice. The beach can be reached within a 10 min walk. It is not that near but it was absolutely fine for us as the price-performance ratio is very good compared to the other hotels that have direct access to the beach. We extended our stay for 1 night and this was no problem. But we have been there during off season. The hotel owns a diving school that is really good. The dive masters are well experienced and provide good consultancy and service. The equipment is very good and well maintained.
