Desk staff were amazingly helpful with vacation tips, booking a car rental, etc. It is a GREAT value for the price compared to other San Jose options. It's a quick and cheap 10min Uber ride to the "downtown" tourist area. Free coffee all day at restaurant (none in room). No "resort fee". We were able to drop off luggage early before check-in and also leave it for a few hours after check-out.
