My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Little Gem Hotel! The facilities were great and as expected at the time of booking, but the staff were beyond exceptional. Dario and Nestor have been the most helpful and truly cared about making our stay meaningful and enjoyable - they have organised tours, rental cars and restaurants for us and have put us above else. 5 star service across the board and we can only recommend staying here!

Incredible stay. We can absolutely recommend this to everyone! Yes, it's a little out of the center, and yes the roads arent really fine but that doesnt make a difference to us. The name is programm. It IS really a hidden Gem! Fine, clean, silent & modern inside. Nice rooms with little fridge and balcony. The best? Those guys from the team. (Especially Dario) But really everyone to be honest. They are helpful in every way and this at any time. Every hotel must want such great persons. You made our stay comfortable in every way. Thank you 4 that.

Little Gem is a wonderful place. Cosy, calm and well decorated. The location is a bit away from the center (10min by car) but in a really cool area, even cooler than the center. You can use bikes for free, which is a great way of discovering the city! Special thanks to Dario, an absolute gem receptionist ;)

This hotel is AMAZING! not only the hotel especially the staff. Dario, Ness, AR all of them are doing such a great job. They helped and organized everything we asked for even when we didnt ask they recommended great things to do, great partys, great restaurants. we loved it and have felt sooo amazing, like having a family there. Further, it is clean, the bed is sooo comfortable and the area is great, in front of the hotel is a small cafe with soo great breakfasr and coffe. If you want to enjoy Tulum, book a room in this hotel and you will feel the same way we felt - just GREAT!

Our Little Gem hotel however was good because Nestor and Dario from the front desk were great and gave us a very good service together with the cleaning lady! They were so helpful and kind, a big contrast with others we have met in Tulum. Everything was very clean, the pool, the rooms, the laundry etc. :) No question was too much and there was no tip chasing!

The whole ambience as soon as you walk in the door. It is really a hidden gem. We had a really nice room with a beautiful bathroom and outside bath. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The bikes can be used free of charge. It is close to a really nice restaurant called Holistika.

Can we get taxi or bus easily to visit restaurant that’s not close walking distance?

There are just two buses in Tulum. One of them goes to the private beach and the other to Playa del Carmen. You can easily go to the beach or any place by bike (we have them for free) or you can ask us for a taxi that can be here in a couple of mins.

Hi is there laundry facilities?

Hi! Not inside the Hotel, however at the front desk we can ask a laundry tu pick up your clothes early in the morning and they return your clean clothes next day in the afternoon. Close by there's a laundry where you can take your clothes.

How do you set up a shuttle pick up from the airport?

About the airport shuttle service, we work with a trustworthy company, “Ararat” The cost for the one way transfer from Cancun Airport to Little Gem is 90 usd. It must be paid directly to the driver in cash only. It is a private service.
