The hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast is included and it was delicious so that was a huge plus. The hotel has 2 beautiful dogs that are the front desk assistants so that was really nice as well

Incredibly warm, attentive, accommodating, and professional staff. Adorable greeter dogs. Room was beautiful and well maintained. I liked the location, which is a short walk to al centro. Lots of restaurants not far from Lool Beh, if you don’t want to walk the 15 minutes into the old town.

They gave us use of parking, the girl that welcomed us was super nice. Hot water running upon request (10 min heads up), fun balcony to chill and have a cig, nice family TV room with Netflix.

I think the best thing in the hostal was the staff: they are extremely friendly and helpful. Besides that, the facilities and common areas were nice and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved that they accepted our little dog and that they were so friendly with him. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and big as well. The whole style of the hostal was nice, with beautiful cealings and with a lot of nice Mexican tiles (talavera). We really had a nice day at this hostal and we would recommend it wholeheartedly, especially if you have pets.
