This is a property of 4 apartments, which share common areas such as a terrace with BBQ and and outdoor kitchen, heated pool, garden, roof garden with views of the lake and the mountains, and parking. Each apartment has at least two exclusive outdoor areas (porch, patio, balcony, etc.) Pet friendly with extra charge per pet. Early checkin or extended checkout for an extra charge, subject to availability. Possible to have guests for an extra charge (dailypass) subject to availability. A deposit must be paid upon arrival, which is returned upon checkout.
My husband and I live in the property with our 3 dogs, so we can be flexible in the checkin time between 3pm and 9pm.
Riberas del Pilar is located between Ajijic and Chapala. Our property is on the street facing the Lake. In the area there are several restaurants (Traspatio, Panchos, Huerto Café, Punto Verde, Mediterráneo, La Paceña, Menudo, etc.), supermarkets (Panchos, Hola Market, SuperLake, Walmart), art galleries, bazaars and shops, Farmacia Guadalajara and San Antonio Hospital. You can get there through Chapala or the Ajijic bypass.
