Good sized room and shower room. Bed comfortable and room and public areas kept spotlessly clean. The location is pretty much perfect, being only about 25 m from the central square with several bars and eateries. The hotel also boasts a very popular restaurant with an expansive menu of local dishes.

Location. Maria Mixteca is in the middle of all of the sights, sounds and smells I was looking for. Located steps from the central park in Crucecita. Housekeeping was truly amazing. Our room was spotless, cleared of sand and my daughter's stuffies were staged for her entertainment daily.

Just by the center plaza in La Crucecita, you have lots of shops, bars, restaurants, taco places around. There's direct public bus stop just next to the hotel. The rooms are clean, hot water (which is not a standard in the town), air con, tv. Friendly staff. It's my second time in the hotel and it's great again. And cheap for what is offered.

Everything was great about Maria Mixteca. Location and walkability to everything in La Crucesita. Cabs or bus are easy to catch if needed. Very Clean rooms. Convenient restaurant downstairs, novelty and restaurant market across the street.

Convenient location and amazing value! We stayed here for eight nights and loved our room- very very clean with daily room service, lots of storage options for luggage, excellent A/C, and even a small tv with good channels for winding down the night after long days in the water. We had a room with a balcony facing the street- the karaoke bar across way could be a little loud at times, but we were able to sleep through it— though staff offered to switch our rooms if we desired. Being right off the zocalo meant plenty of food options in every direction. Chahue beach was a pleasant 20 minute stroll down a pedestrian walkway on chahue boulevard. If we return to Huatulco, we would definitely consider staying here again.
