The staff are lovely and they were really helpful when we arrived at 6.30am jet-lagged and needing coffee. The area is very close to many of the sights such as Zocalo and Palacio de Bellas Artes and restaurants and subway stations. It felt safe walking around the area in the evening and early in the morning. The hotel is basic but comfortable and I would definitely stay there again

The location is great, near perfect i would say. Staff helpful and the rooms clean. The have laundry service and even repaired my clothes for free. The roomservice is great too, good food and excellent price. The room did not have airco but an airfan. For the price, i have not had a better price/quality ratio then at Marlowe hotel. It was very very good.

everything was good. important: if you got a dark room with a window against the wall, maybe it’s not that bad. at least it’s quiet. I asked for another room and was given an amazing room on 9th floor with a view. but it was nousy. overall great hotel though.
