United States of AmericaGreat location in the waterfront with free kayaks and paddle boards. Nice pool too. the greatest thing of all was the lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. You could order drinks or meals at any time and the cooks did a wonderful job in the kitchen serving really delicious meals. The garden layout is beautiful. Close to Bacalar if you have car. The rooms was basic in a zen way

MexicoThe value for money is really good - installations are very beautiful and well kept, the swimming pool is really nice. Having a restaurant is very convenient, food is good quality. Alba and Amy were wonderful people, kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean. The dock is beautifully lit, and has hammocks (I wish they also had beach chairs over there).

MexicoVery quiet location with a short drive into town. Small restaurant onsite and nice pool area. Easy access to lagoon as well. I had the large king suite with a kitchenette. It was spacious and had a nice layout. Bed was super comfortable. It was a nice stay!
