United States of AmericaThe rooms are lovely, rustic style with thatched roofs, but very clean. The pool is very good with some loungers and easily accessible from the rooms. The beach is not far, you have to pass through the other part of the hotel (Casa Jaguar) to get to the Beach Club where there is a dedicated area for the hotel with loungers and shade. Literally 2 minute walk. The included breakfast is great, ample fruit platter with freshly squeezed orange juice, toast and eggs (either scrambled or fried).
CanadaNa Balam was a very nice, small hotel! It has a great location, easy walk to North Beach, shopping and restaurants, while still in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was exceptional -- very helpful and gracious.

United States of Americathe staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in perfect location right before Mia reef. the pool was beautiful and the property grounds look serene . Our unit was on second floor with palapa roof, it was nice. There is a small tv in the room and small fridge. The room was quite large. only complaint If I had any, the room smelled of mildew. The breakfast that was included was for restaurant across the street Ocean. The restaurant said it only includes coffee and toast. we ordered a larger breakfast and we didn’t care for the food. The location was easy to walk to everything and hotel was quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.
