United States of AmericaThe breakfast that was included was fantastic. We got all the welcome and help and warm hospitality we could have hoped for. The beds are comfortable and each unit has its own HVAC with a mini-split. The noise from the street was not terrible at all! In fact, if you are sensitive, there is a white noise machine and earplugs. The place is safe and secure and clean and hospitable.

The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the earplugs for the noise from the courtyard - an older building means less soundproofing, but our suite was quiet and we had no issue with noise.

CanadaThe property was three blocks from the center so it was quite with a very welcoming garden and dining area in the center just outside the rooms The staff catered to your every desire and then some. As A nice added touch they welcome you with a tray with an assortment of scented soaps to chose from and cut you a fresh bar. As it turned out it was very good soap too.
United States of AmericaStaff very helpful, especially Samantha, who seemed to do a lot around the hotel. She was constantly busy, but would take time to help out anyone who needed it. She also had a lot of shifts and would help out with breakfasts, checking people in, making dinner reservations for us, etc.. Embodies cultural spirit of Oaxaca through generous artisinal gifts for guests and decor of the hotel. It had a comfortable, homey feeling, like returning to one's casa instead of a typical hotel room.
