When booking with us through Booking.com, as part of our reservation process, you will be required to verify your identity and purchase accommodations insurance. TRUVI will contact you via email and ask you to initiate the verification process.

For accommodations insurance, you can choose between paying a refundable deposit or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver. We suggest choosing the damage waiver, as it protects you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.

1) Deposit of $500 USD (refundable), excluding a 2% service fee.

2) Damage waiver of $35 USD (nonrefundable).

We ask that you complete the verification process before your arrival to ensure your check-in is efficient and seamless.

It's also important to know the cancellation policies:

a) Casa Macu offers a personalized Cancellation Policy for all guests.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 93% refund. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 43% refund.

(For Booking.com reservations, a 7% nonrefundable transaction fee will be charged by the platform.)

b) We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with *Know Your Guest*, the leading guest verification provider for vacation rentals. Please note that before your reservation begins, you will be required to verify your information and ID, as well as pay a refundable deposit or a nonrefundable accidental damage waiver through TRUVI.
