12 select units in the Pajaro de Fuego condominium complex, featuring the largest pools in Sayulita surrounded by tropical flowers and trees. Our property is located just across the street from the quiet north end of the beach where most locals prefer to live, 15 to 20 minutes walk to town and less than 5 minutes walking across the street to the beach. Our spacious units have 1,700 to 3,900 square feet and include a modern kitchen and open floor plan perfect for entertaining. En-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and marble floors and countertops throughout. Chelsea's units are the only in the complex with on site management. Air conditioning, fiberoptic internet, and cable tv/dvd are also included. Experience breathaking ocean views from our spacious balconies with sunchairs, hammocks and outdoor dining. We are surrounded by tropical jungle, gardens, birds and butterflies, iguanas and other wildlife. Hear the sound of the ocean waves, and breeze through the trees. The complex has a two story parking garage and parking is included in your rental rate, as well as daily maid service. We are a secure, gated complex with a security guard on site 24 hours
I arrived to Sayulita as a tourist myself 8 years ago and love to help others experience the town and find the best restaurants and activities. I have two assistants and our on-site hours are 9-5; we can also be reached by email and phone after hours. We encourage guests to communicate with us any concerns both prior to and during their stay. I am a trail runner and enjoy yoga in one of the local studios. There is a hidden trail through the jungle near Pajaro de Fuego that I love.
We are on the tranquil north side of the main beach in Sayulita. Our location is incredibly safe and is surrounded by large residential and vacation rental housing. We have beautiful jungle and mountains bordering us to the north. There are some great restaurants just 5 minutes walking down the street, as well as a dive/tour shop and surf board rentals. The town plaza is a 20 minute walk. We are a gated complex and have a security guard on-site 24 hours. The north side of the beach is nice and quiet and is where most locals prefer to live. We are a village so everything is walkable. Many guests also like to have golf carts.
