Excellent staff ! The rooms are large and very comfortable, within a short walk to the centre of town. Nicely equipped kitchen and common areas. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and generous, and I highly recommend staying here. Great value !

Excellent location in the center of Palenque. Close to everything one might need. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. This is an excellent choice for staying in Palenque. Plenty of taxis available for those who are there to visit the Mayan ruins near Palenque. I really loved the property and especially the hotel owners and staff.

The room was super clean, hot water, good air con, firm mattress, and the breakfast surprisingly good, especially we didn't get the same thing twice while staying two nights. Exclusive parking garage was also nice and reassuring. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived quite late in the evening but the staff were kind enough to be available after their check in time had closed so that we could check in. We also were able to organise a late check out (for an extra fee which we were happy to pay) as our bus was scheduled for 10pm the following evening. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated! The breakfast which was included with the price for our room was delicious and much more substantial than “free” breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels on our trip through Mexico. Would definitely stay here again.
