  • I'd only need to access the room after my night trip to Palenque (arriving around 7.30am), is it possible? Can I use the common areas after check out?
    La hora del check in es apartir de las 15 hrs. si usted desea relizar el check in antes genera un costo extra en este casi a las 7:30 hrs. $200.00, igual contamos con servicio de guarda equipaje gratuito, en loq eu espera su hora de ingreso.

  • Así que si llego a las 7.30am el Jueves 11, pago la habitación normal + 200 pesos para el check-in temprano, eso es? Y me iré a las 5pm el mismo dia
    La hora de check in es a las 15 hrs. y check out 12 hrs del dia siguiente, queda de usted realizar su check in anticipado con el costo extra mencionado.
