Calm, quiet, and immaculate surrounded by lush foliage and bird song. My stay was like sanctuary. I brought my travel teapot but there is both hot and cold water available in the reception area.

CanadaEverything! The lobby-reception feels like a friend’s living room, if your friend collects antiques and decorated with old family photos. The pool area is delightful, and very clean. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, with a large walk-in shower. This was our third visit to Izamal and our second stay here. We highly recommend this hotel as great value!
