The hotel is unique in the way it looks like a "vecindad". The rooms have very high ceilings and are spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional, given you are in a prime area to explore and very close to El Zocalo. The price is a very good value. The staff was very kind and helpful with helping us by storing our bags for a few hours for free after we had checked out of our room. The hotel has complimentary breakfast and a terrace with a nice view. Also, there is a delicious and inexpensive restaurant next door which offers daily lunch special.

The location is unbeatable. The staffs are professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean. They even did an upgrade to a better room after we didn't quite like the first room after check-in. I paid extra to include the breakfast for our stay and it was worth it. Overall great experience.
