Lovely hotel on the border of La Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Spacious room with jacuzzi tub and air conditioning. Very comfortable bed with option to re-use sheets and towels for environmental benefit. 24 hour staffed front desk. Great water pressure.

The location felt safe and there was plenty of spaces to walk to and public transportation. I liked that it had a restaurant/ bar on the first floor. Room was clean and housekeeping came in daily to drop off fresh towels, tidy up, and left water bottle. Check-in was easy and staff was nice and friendly. Felt safe for a female solo traveler.

It's a simple hotel on a busy street so was not sure it was going to be a great stay. I was checked in in less than one minute, went to my room to find it was clean, with a firm, very comfortable bed with cotton linens, a big shower with lots of water pressure and hot water, rapid wifi, a tv with two English channels. and no sewer smell which is so often not the case in CDMX. The staff, though not entirely bilingual was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff was remarkable. The place always smelled fresh without the use of perfumed cleaners, the floors spotless, etc.

The hotel is in a great location, close ride to most of biggest tourist attractions. Also absolutely loved Condesa and Roma, tons of great food in walking distance. The place was clean and freshly updated. Staff was incredibly nice.
