When booking for more than 4 rooms, different policies may apply and payment of the full reservation must be made after the reservation is made.

An environment fee of MXN 85 per night is not included and must be paid at check-in.

Please note that an additional charge of USD 20 per person per hour will apply for late check-out after 13:00.

When booking 3 to 8 nights, dinner is served at specialty restaurants.

Please note that the children water slide area is open from 09:00 until 18:00 from Wednesday to Monday.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
