The bed was comfortable, a/c was working well. I feel secured and also safety box for my valuables is available. The entire workers was great and approachable especially Vanessa and Patricio who are very helpful to communicate and adjust all the reservations I made in some of the restaurants/beach club.”

“The Location is very central on the beach, some steps and you fall into the ocean. The Staff was outstanding to fullfull our needs and we could even change room, when we realised we are next to a loud Bar. Its a very tranquilles atmosphere, which is very needed with the busy streets and beaches in Tulum, a place where you can breath again. Breakfast is simple but good, excellent Pancakes, bacon and eggs, coffee to wake up. Beds are very comfortable!”

“The place , the location and the staff are absolutely amazing. From the moment I entered the place , I was welcomed by the host and the employees as part of the glamping hotel family. Every morning I was served with a warm breakfast and made a true connection with the hosts and specifically with Karla who along with the others , would advise where to go and where to visit. I was planning to stay in Tulum for 3 nights and extended my stay for 3 more nights only because of the place and the hospitality. The place itself located across the beach and is very close to many great places in the area (you can rent a bike at the hotel and can bike anywhere on the coast and to the city). The room is big and was always cleaned and fresh and the place itself feels like staying in the jungle. I will never forget my experience and can't wait until I go back to the same hotel when I visit Tulum again.”
