Only 10 minutes’ walk from Boulevard Kukulkan, Suites Malecon Cancun features panoramic views of Cancun city and Nichupté Lagoon. The property is in the same location as Américas Shopping Mall. The apartments are fully equipped and include ironing facilities, satellite channels in a flat-screen TV, safe, and terraces overlooking the lagoon and the city landscape. They are divided into seating area, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom with shower. Toiletries are provided. Las Américas Shopping Mall features several different restaurants that guests can explore, or they can also choose to prepare their own meals en suite. The complex has an infinity pool with a hot tub, BBQ facilities, plus sun terraces with beds and loungers. The facilities also offer a gym and a business center. The International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive from the complex and Cancun’s town center is 10 minutes’ drive away.
