Una Vida exceeded all our expectation. The stall looks after you and is really kind. The room was absolutely amazing - we had the ones with private little pool. You alo get an outside bath #thedream. The ambience was so relaxing - with constant soft nusic - smoking pool at night ( the pool was really nice and warm ). Our stay there was the highlight of our stay - highly recommaded !

All the staff were outstanding - helpful and polite, they went above and beyond the call of duty! In particular, the concierge staff helped us organise tours, transport and reservations; taking out all of of the stress so that we could relax and fully enjoy our trip. We have never received service quite like this before and it was hugely appreciated. The candlelit pool in the evening had a lovely, chilled vibe and was a great place to unwind.

Lovely, aesthetic and functional. Super friendly and attentive staff (Danielle, Guido and Rodrigo) - everything was done for us and whatever we needed we could just WhatsApp them. Yoga in the morning was great, made us feel very welcome and clearly care bout their guests and their experience. Communication excellent before, during and even after our stay. Food in their sister hotel for lunch was also excellent.

The location and jungle setting in the outskirts of Tulum town. An oasis of calm. Great for exploring and only a short cab or bike ride to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant! Nice and safe environment for children and we had a very spacious apartment. Also has really nice jungle bungalows for couples and can use the facilities of the neighbouring sister hotel, including the yoga.

They were always responsive and helped with tons of our requests, starting from booking beach clubs, and to find a taxi during cats and dogs rain, when we were stuck in a restaurant without any chance to get back to the hotel...
