Selection of restaurants was great and the food quality was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Great room service 24hrs a day. Good selection of drinks and the pools were spacious and clean. Beach was lovely.

Positive: Our requested room which we had in 2019 was available and booked for us, so a perfect service to start holidays. Cleanliness and comfort of the room outstanding. The staff is amazing, in particular in the restaurants and on the beach, very hospitalety-minded, super friendly and efficient, a big compliment to all of them. They are doing a great job during these difficult times. The beach is still one of the best on the Riviera Maya, not much seagrass during our stay, perfect cleaning several time per day. Also we have appreciated very much the local host service of Fernando, always available and all reservations were done perfectly. The hotel had around 50% occupancy, which made our stay quite comfortable.

Food was incredible, hotel very clean and modern. Didn’t get bored and stayed there for 1 week. Could have stayed longer and normally when I go all inclusive it gets a bit boring after 7 days. Lots of nice touches with the amenities in the hotel and rooms. Jacuzzi baths on balcony and your local host will even run this for you. Cocktail making kits in your room were fun. Aromatherapy in your room where you pick your scent. Spa treatments were fantastic and well worth the money. Drinks in main bars were good quality.

Since the moment you arrive you receive top-notch service, everyone is super attentive of your necessities. We had an amazing experience! The hotel is more than beautiful, the rooms are incredibly nice and the jacuzzi at the terrace is definitely the cherry on top. The food at the restaurants is amazing - highly recommend the Mexican one, for authentic Mexican food. We loved our stay and it is definitely worth every penny.

The property is gorgeous. Food was delicious and the amenities were excellent. The gym, spa, and restaurants were all upper class level. The beach is not private, yet the water is blue and no seaweed. Will stay again.
