I did not know there was breakfast I liked The staff, cleanliness and is a great town to walk in

Everyone on staff very kind and helpful....the reception staff, housekeeping, door men, security men. They all made us feel very comfortable and treated us as if we were special guests. Top notch customer service all around. The bed and sheets excellent. Love the exercise room and honesty bar. Very cool decor, very hip and creative. Perfect walking neighborhood to shops, restaurants, bars, parks, museums. I loved this hotel and the atmosphere helped me relax after our busy sightseeing days.
United States of AmericaBeautiful location in Polanco. The house is a stunning repurposed mansion close to many restaurants and bars. The young girl who was running the desk made check in super easy. It’s in a super safe neighborhood and easily walkable. Super grateful for the black out curtains to block out all the street lights and signs from the neighboring businesses and hotels.
