The staff was tremendous. Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were meticulously maintained while we were there and I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail. The food was wonderful. We tried many options in town and along the beach while there and it could not compare to the exceptional experience at Villa Caracol. Lastly, great place for families and children of all ages!

Located away from town, it’s much quieter (less traffic noise) and with fewer people. The staff made our visit so wonderful — incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. We ate most of our meals at Caracol — the food was fresh and well prepared.

Chilled atmosphere. Shoe racks outside each room to make sure sand isn't carried inside. Mimosas at breakfast. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Nice toiletries incl bug repellant and after sun. Treat every evening waiting for us in room. Water bottles were restocked every day.
