Great location in GeorgeTown with easy access to nightlife. Polite staff.

The food is tasty, the manager will make sure the place is clean and make sure people follow SOP . The location is good in the middle of the town, near to 'Family Mart' . the room is comfy but during my stay i have some sand on my bed i had to wipe it off with towel.

The rooms was spacious and clean, the location was great! The hotel is in the heart of George Town with where you can go anywhere with ease. There is a convenient store near by and the street had a lot of great places to eat. They also offered complementary drinks and snacks.

The location is ideal, in the middle of George Town and an easy walk to everything, not to mention in the center of the night food carts. Great WiFi. Decent selection of cable TV channels, including some in English. Loved the fact that they provided two bottles of water initially, and had water coolers on each floor for refills, which reduced the plastic waste. The room was clean, bed fairly comfortable. And they kindly upgraded me to a superior room. The staff was also very nice.

Great location. Rooftop plunge pools on one side and a very nice bar with excellent bartender on the other side. Both have lots of greenery and lovely 360 degree views. Very hot but some relief from the sun with a nice breeze. Sunset and evenings were great. Breakfast included was very extensive. All the breakfast stuff you need plus much more. Fruit, juices and hot lunch and dinner choices. All you need to start the day.
