The villa is conveniently located just behind a stretch of shop houses along Desaru Road, on the elevated land. It provides the convenience access to nearby many eating places, mini / super marts at the same time guests also enjoy the quiet garden living. Nearby points-of-interest include Desaru Adventure Water Park, Fruit Farm, The Els Club golf courses, beaches etc all are within 5-10 mins drive. A 20-25 mins drive will bring you to Desaru Ostrich Farm and many Seafood restaurants at Sg Regit. It is also sort after by business traveler, whereby RAPID project is just about 15-20 mins drive away.
