Penginapan ini terletak di tepi pantai yang menghadap Pulau Kapas. Menawarkan 23 bilik dengan harga budjet untuk percutian yang menghiburkan, tenang dan bersantai. Penginapan ini juga sesuai untuk kumpulan yang ingin mengadakan perjumpaan dan mesyuarat. Terletak kurang 2km ke jeti Marang untuk menaiki bot ke Pulau Kapas. Berjalan kaki di sepanjang pantai hanya mengambil masa 10 minit untuk ke pekan atau pasar Marang untuk menikmati masakan tempatan seperti nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, laksam, kueh mueh dan berbagai lagi. Untuk lebih teruja anda boleh membeli makanan laut yang segar di pasar Marang dan membawa pulang ke penginapan untuk 'barbeque'.
