in general everything was good. and mr. Bill was a very nice person where he greeted us personally and gave us lists for restaurants and best local food to go and eat.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The doors had both manual and electronic locks. As a single female traveller, I felt safe. Will definitely come back.

On top of it, the location is extremely central, close to the Komtar tower, night markets, breakfast places...really anything. Highly recommend staying here to explore Georgetown and Penang!
